Missing link in the MX chain.
I manage the mail for the domain workingsolutions.co.uk. I also manage it's dns records using windows 2003. In the dns manager I can see that the MX record for workingsolutions.co.uk is set to "xlr8.biz.". Also, using nslookup on the server I get this:
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>nslookup
Default Server: localhost
> set q=MX
workingsolutions.co.uk MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = xlr8.biz
xlr8.biz internet address = 220.127.116.11
But when I use an online MX record checker it says that the MX record isn't set.
I'm not sure what I'm missing. Any help would be much appreciated.

It may be the online server you were using to check had bad cache or some other problem. Here is what I get from a web based dig source:
; <<>> DiG 9.6.-ESV-R4-P1 <<>> workingsolutions.co.uk mx
