Missing nameservers reported by parent ???

hello guys,
I have a domain name which I use as nameservers for my windows 2008 R2 dedicated server.

However the domain name works well if I append the www to the name, but if I remove the www , it does not resolve, same with other domains i use on that nameserver.



Also the email does not work, as I get the error

Host or domain name not found. Name service error for
name= xyz type= A : Host found but no data record of requested type

When I query the domain on intodns website I get the following errors below.

1. I have set the glue records on the domain registrar's website.

2. I have setup Microsoft DNS to resolve to my dedicated server.

Am using website panel ( the new microsoft control panel )

How can I fix this issue

1. TLD Parent Check

WARNING: Looks like the parent servers do not have information for your TLD when asked. This is ok but can be confusing

2. Missing nameservers reported by parent

FAIL: The following nameservers are listed at your nameservers as nameservers for your domain, but are not listed at the parent nameservers (see RFC2181 5.4.1). You need to make sure that these nameservers are working.If they are not working ok, you may have problems!
