Multiple LAN in Active Directory
In my AD. I have two LAN(172.16.x.x,192.168.x.x). From 192.168.. LAN i am having problem. During login some of my clients (The system cannot log you on to this domain because the system's computer account in its primary domain is missing or the password on that account is incorrect.)

Sounds like the computers aren't able to contact the domain controller. What subnet are the domain controllers in? Have you checked your dns logs for anything suspect?

Make sure that all of your clients' TCP IP configuration, specifically DNS is pointing to your internal DNS servers that host the Active Directory zone.
