MX Record Help - setting up for Exchange 2000

Hi everyone, I'm runing exchange 2k and have regitered URL which I would like to run both hosting and mail for. The domain is setup in exchange/IIS and is forwarding properly to my server but I'm having difficulty seting up the mail aspect. Im not quite sure what I need to enter for the MX record, and what I need to do in exchange to receive and send mail properly.

The MX record I have tried is mail.valueoutletllc.com. with an MX pref of 10

When I do an MX lookup, I get this:
