My application server cant access

My application server cant access
hi all,

I'm newbie in DNS,

I already configure Internal and external DNS.
my problem is i can access the server using LAN connection but when I want to access from public connection the server cant open.

i already ping, tracert & nslookup all running all right.

can anybody help me pls...

You probably have a firewall and/or NAT problem, not a DNS problem.

are mean it from from my firewall. How can i configure on cisco firewall

Have the firewall forward whatever ports you need (ex: 80/http, 443/https) to whatever machine provides the services.
