Mystifying problem, can anyone help?

When I try to go to the site, currenthomes.com I get a page unavailable message.

According to samspade.org, current homes.com has an IP address of 206.104.238.136

When I use the IP address, I get nhhomes.com which resides on the same colocated server with currenthomes

Other domains that reside on that server give me the same result.

For example, agentguru.com in my browser says page unavailable, resolves to the same IP according to samspade.

The administrator of the colocated server says that I am the only one with the problem.

I have a friend in my same city who gets the same results.

The problem is the same regardless of which computer or which dial-up ISP account I use, in both IE and Netscape, I can neither access the sites in my browser or ftp to them.

My IP address is 216.78.40.118 (I use dialup so it is not static, but the problem is not resolved by disconnecting and reconnecting)

I am able to browse and ftp to all other sites, including the site of the colocation server company itself.

I was able to access the sites one day, and unable to the next day. During the intervening time, I made no changes to hardware, software or configuration.

I contacted both ISPs who walked me through every setting in dialup networking, hosts file, IE options. They advised contacting the server administrator.

The server administrator indicated that his checks of traceroutes, spamlists, etc, revealed no problem.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can find out what is causing my problem?

If this is the wrong forum for my question, please advise which one is better, I just guessed

Thanks!
