Nameserver to Nameserver Question

I have nameserver at ns1/2.shellfx.com. I've got 30 domains and the ones that point to ns1/2.shellfx.com work fine. I also have domains that point to nameservers ns3/ns4.syneticus.com. ns3/4.syneticus.com is a website where I put in the ips of my ns's - ns1.shellfx.com/ns2.shellfx.com. Currently the domains pointing to ns3/4.syneticus.com timeout. I don't have any zone files for syneticus.com ns's as everything I've tried putting in the does not seem to help. Can somebody please give me a clue?
