NetLogon Error

Hi All,

I just recently installed Win2K server, created AD and running DNS. Joined all the clients to AD. Under the event logs every 30 min "netlogon" error keeps repeating. (Event ID: 5774)
Details:
1. Registration of the DNS record '_kerberos._udp.domainname 600 IN SRV 0 100 88
failed with the following error: DNS server unable to interpret format.
2. Registration of the DNS record '_kpasswd._udp.domainname 600 IN SRV 0 100 464
failed with the following error: DNS server unable to interpret format.
3. Registration of the DNS record '_gc._tcp.Default-First-Site-Name._sites.domainname
4. and Registration of the DNS record '_ldap._tcp

What I read so far, this error caused by not properly configured DNS.

Here is my server informations:
Static IP on the WAN
Using Router and hub in LAN, and server has static address with using ISP's DNS address and has these ports are forward:53 and 80.

What I have done so far
1. stopped DNS and net logon and removed
c:\winnt\system32\DNS\*.*,
c:\winnt\system32\config\ and removed netlogon.dns and netlogon.dnb . Restart the server and tried to configured the DNS but it grabbed all the old information? I ran ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /registerdns and this didn't help or... I didn't do it right maybe?
2. Client PC has been disjoined from domain and re-named and joined back to domain
3. Uninstalled / re-installed DNS and ran wizard multiple times.

My questions are:
1. Do I need to use WAN IP address or LAN IP (static IP assigned for the sever) in the DNS configuration?

2. Do I need to use DNS address that given by ISP or create a local DNS address?

3. After reinstalling DNS and start configuration, always grabbs the old records under Forwar/Reverse lookup zone? Is there a way I can delete all the information and start from begining to run the wizard?
Because I discovered that:
Under my DNS Info:
--------> Server Name:
-----------> Forward Lookup Zone
-------------> domainname.com
----------------> Don't have following services
-------------------> _msdcs
-------------------> _sites
-------------------> _tcp
-------------------> _udp
If I try to add Other services and manually add the these services it only creates _tcp and add these under this directory?

Really appreciated for any help to solve this problem.

Thank you,
Dean
