Question newbie needs solid advice

Hi Guys!!!

Really hope some bright spark can shed some light on my problem...

I have recently signed up for a Linux root server package with a local (UK) based company.

The problem is that unlike my old hosting firm they do not provide DNS servers to forward the domains to my IP for the server.

While all the new domains I register through them are correctly DNS'ed, I have a dozen or so old domains registered via NETSOL that I have no idea how I can host when the old server finishes soon.

Some of the old domains I can re-register with the new provider, but other are well under the 60 day transfer limit.

Can anyone think of a way around this??? Someone suggested getting web forwarding on the domains, but then I can't use email. I really hope someone has a good answer for me... please

Instead of transfering the hosting of your old domains, why don't you just edit the information on the current hosts?

And if it is the current dns hosts that is going down... Why don't you change the dns host addresses with the registrar you got them with? You can either host them yourself, or find a service which will host them for you.
