nslookup

hi,

Whenever i try to nslookup it doesn't show me the actual ip address of the site rather it shows me the some other ip address. Like i did

C:\>nslookup ictil.com
Server: ns.palcomonline.com
Address: 203.86.101.3

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: ictil.com.harish.com
Address: 66.216.74.58

but it should show,

C:\>nslookup ictil.com
Server: ns.palcomonline.com
Address: 203.86.101.3

Name: ictil.com
Address: 203.86.102.45

i have given the company's nameserver as the primary name erver.i tried to solve the prob. by looking into the DNS services in dministrative tools but was of no avail.
haw can i get the correct answer???

Please be more specific. Post the output of commands you are running, and why their results trouble you.

Also, don't use nslookup - it is a deprecated and broken tool. See http://homepages.tesco.net/~J.deBoy...or-message.html for further discussion. I suggest you use dig to debug DNS setups.
