Query nameserver for domans?

Is there any way to query a nameserver to tell what domains are using it?

You mean to see what domains that nameserver is authoritative for?

Then you can't, unless that namserver can zone-transfer you the info.
Though, you can do the other way around - querying the SOA of your target domain.
