Reverse DNS
How can I make my reverse DNS revolve to a hostname I'm hosting? Do I have to be running a DNS server? Or is it something my ISP has to do when they assign my IP with DHCP? Or is it hopefully something I can do?
By the way: my domain (slackernet.net) is already set up for it. @ A 24.169.1.169 pluto CNAME mta-24-169-1.-169.ddns.rochester.rr.com So my reverse DNS should be pluto.slackernet.net, right? |
