That is a copy of my zone file in bind 9. I am trying to do a proper reverse dns because i cannot send mail to aol users. this is a shared ip and no one can send mail to aol. when i do the telent mailin-01.mx.aol.com 25 it tells me the reverse dns failed. I get a strange error when you do a reverse dns. some advice would be great.

Have you read my Reverse DNS post in the "Generic DNS References and tips" sticky topic?

You haven't done step 1. Your server announces itself as host.allaccesshosting.com. But that is not what your IP resolves to.

Well let's try fixing some other problems with your domain.

Your dns servers don't appear to be in sync (they have different information about your domain):

ns1.interactive-data.net (66.90.103.54)
ns2.interactive-data.net (66.92.130.103)

This appears to be the case with the "interactive-data.net" domain as well. This is causing some serious problems which make SOME people unable to resolve your domain.
