Hello all.
I know these types of questions are yelled at but I'd really appreciate if someone would help me anyway with this. I've spent all afternoon looking for a tutorial on setting up a DNS server for my web host (which i can read/understand at my age [13]) and I've found nothing at all which has helped. What I'm trying to do is simply configure BIND to set up a nameserver on my computer so I can point a domain to it. I'd really appreciate any help anyone could give me since im really new at DNS. Thanks.

I would try Simple DNS program if you are willing to spend a little money. I had it and it worked great.

either that or search this forum for topics having to do with step by step instructions on how to setup BIND for windows. I previously ignored this topic cause you should make some effort yourself before asking for help.
