Hi
this is probably a realy bone question but i'm no tech monkey, and i've got to setup a subdomain on one of my sites and get email working on it - i'm working through the GUI - what ive done so far: setup the site as usual then gone to the primary dns dropdown and added a subdomain my.site.com this dosn't seem to work and i'm really stumped - any help would be great - possibly start by telling me how subdomains work or just how do i set one up - step by step would be great as i am a bit daft. cheers sticky ![]() |

"doesn't seem to work" could mean many things. Could be a problem with the dns, could be a problem with the webserver, could be a problem with connectivity between you and the whichever. So what's the subdomain you're trying to setup and I'll take a look to see what might be the problem.
