setup lan dns

hello this is the first time im doing this so i hope its ok (first time writing in a forum) i need do assign two dns adds to one of my internal ips so that is if ping one of the names ill get the ip of that server.
now let me explain my network setup, my whole network is STATIC, i have a static internet ip which is my routers ip and i have the router gateway which is 192.168.0.254 that's what i put in all of my computers so they could get wan plus two internet dns which i got from my isp that i put in every computer so there will be dns resolving there, every computer runs on win2k pro ...
now back to the dns, im trying to connect a wireless router to extend my network, i succeeded in doing that. now whoever whats to surf would gets a dynamic ip (the ap works as a dhcp server)
.. only prob is my boss dont want that he wants to lock it so that people would pay for access, so he got the server that comes along with the router ( URL i have the ap 120 and the sputnik server ) .now that server supposed to lock the router so they would get a window saying they got to our domain and if that want to surf they should call us and we will give them a pass...
now my problem is that the only way the router can talk with the server is that it would read two dns adds.. sputnik.mydomain.com and jabber.mydomain.com, other word i need that the server lan ip would be those two names...
and suggestions on how to do it ?

Simplest solution-- aquire a 2k server or other DNS server software. Configure a bogus Zone E.G. mydomain.local create host records for sputnik.mydomain.local and jabber.mydomain.local set the router to use this Box for DNS resolution and your problems are solved, You will want to make sure that the box you setup to provide DNS is allowing resolution of other internet names E.G. in case the router assignes this DNS server to users connected to it.

if mydomain.com is active and dns is hosted elsewere. Anouther option would be to create hosts for sputnik.mydomain.com and jabber.mydomain.com using your local servers Ip's
