    kissndate.com is hosted by:
    ns1.kissndate.com [173.242.116.73]
    ns2.kissndate.com [173.242.116.74]

DNS services on both sites appear to be down:
    Scanning ports on 173.242.116.73

    173.242.116.73 isn't responding on port 53 (domain).
173.242.116.73 is responding on port 80 (http).

    I don't think you understand.

    C:\>nslookup

    DNS request timed out.
    timeout was 2 seconds.

I cannot connect with either server on port 53. It does not accept any port 53 packets.

Since KISSNDATE.com is a new domain, you must first register NS1. and NS2. as 'vanity' name servers. You can arrange that with your Registrar, LuckyRegister or DomainsByProxy.

Then you need to make sure DNS server is running on both of those machines, and that they have the DNS zone created and at least resolving locally.
