SPF Records
I ran across this web site http://spf.pobox.com/ which describes new ways to help combat SPAM by using this. I'm just not totally sure I understand how it should be set up a bind record. I was hoping someone around here understood it a little better and could comment on it.

oops, Right before I posted I thought I wonder if anything is in the stickies on this, but then I thought no its new and I've already read those posts and don't remember anything about SPF in the articles. Guess I should have looked first
