SPF Records

I ran across this web site http://spf.pobox.com/ which describes new ways to help combat SPAM by using this. I'm just not totally sure I understand how it should be set up a bind record. I was hoping someone around here understood it a little better and could comment on it.

lol, nobody ever notices my hard learned and long typed articles. Read the "Generic DNS references and tips" topic. SPF is my latest article/tutorial.

oops, Right before I posted I thought I wonder if anything is in the stickies on this, but then I thought no its new and I've already read those posts and don't remember anything about SPF in the articles. Guess I should have looked first

Thanks for pointing me to some more info on this.
