According to WHOIS, your two DNS servers for kampan.com are:
DNS17.REGISTER.COM 216.21.234.79
DNS18.REGISTER.COM 216.21.226.79

not what you say they are:
Primary DNS: 222.23.8.1 (ISP's 1st DNS)
Secondary DNS: 222.23.8.8 (ISP's 2nd DNS)

Looks like register.com still hasn't changed your DNS information.

I queried dns17.register.com and dns18.register.com, and found that the A record for www.kampan.com is a CNAME to tamilcommunity.org and goes to 217.155.8.172 (which is presumably what you want), but kampan.com (without the www) goes to 217.155.8.171. Additionally, I don't seem to be able to connect to your webserver anyways. Is it even running?
