Two zones, one server, one IP address
hi all,
I have a Win2K installed and DNS running. I created a domain name and web page. instituto-irapuato.edu.mx and IP: 200.78.144.100, I need to create a new domain different: chips.com.mx, what Win2K supports that? I created a new zone, using the same structure as the first one, I also created a a new web site, using Host header names. I'm sure something is wrong, because the first domain is working ( instituto-irapuato.edu.mx) and the other not. I red all DNS documentatios and I did not find if it is possible create two differents zones using the same IP. Somebody can you some tips? Thanks in advance |

I'm almost sure you need w2k server for anything over 1 domain. Apache would be a better solution.

Maybe I'm just dumb, but I have no idea what you're talking about. Be very accurate and precise with your question. One example where you are being unclear is "what Win2K supports that?". Win2k is an operating system. I don't know if you intended to say Microsoft DNS Server or IIS Webserver. Perhaps part of the problem is that english isn't your first language? Whatever it is, I don't understand the problem.
