very slow to resolve a domain
Hi folks,
I got my new server a week ago, I registered the name servers at godaddy about 4 days ago. I added a test account on the server with this domain (areebweb.com). It takes about a minute to be resolved on my ISP. It doesn't work on some other ISPs as well. I also cannot connect to the ftp server using the domain but I can do so using the server IP. I read the sticky threads many times, did search the forums and the web but with no chance to resolve this issue Is the problem due to bad DNS settings on the server! or there is something wrong with godaddy or those ISPs? ![]() |

http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/dnsti...bweb.com&type=A The domains resolve quickly. However, I did find a problem: The domain hosts for your domain are: ns3.arabskingdom.net ns4.arabskingdom.net Those domains are resolved by: ns1.arabskingdom.net ns2.arabskingdom.net Both ns1 and ns2 are having problems resolving your hosts nameservers. They return non-authoritative responses which may be ignored by resolvers and therefor cause resolution failures or slowdowns.

ns1.arabskingdom.net & ns2.arabskingdom.net are the nameservers of my another server!

Then here's the problem:
dig @ns1.arabskingdom.net ns1.arabskingdom.net As you can see a non-authoritative answer was returned and no IP address was found. |
