I am using webmin 9.2.1 and BIND 8.
Bind is running. I even restarted it (and webmin) just to be sure. However, webmin refuses to see BIND as running. It keeps showing it is down. So when I make changes to my DNS records, I can't apply them. It gives me a start button instead of apply. I click it and it says its already running so I can't start it. Any ideas on how to get webmin to see that BIND is, in fact, running? Thanks! |

Perhaps the PID file location is incorrectly in the BIND module config ?

You may need to edit the location of BIND in the webmin module configuration to match your local machine. I had this problem with several apps since the latest supported version of OpenBSD is 3.2 and I am on 3.3. ALthough I just found the port in the OBSD ports tree and I installed from source...so there may be a difference. there.
