When my server is offline...create landing page

Hello thank you for letting me post here.

I recently started up my own apache/php web sever, based off my windows machine, I am using dyn . com to point the domain to my ip. What I am tryingo to figure out is how to point the domain to a landing page on a seperate server when my server/computer is shut down...

is this possible? in the end I need some ideas on where to send my users (just a few friends) when evertyhing is off.
