Why DNS server?
Long time ago, I setup Win2K server and it me for DNS. My ISP give me 2 DNS so that's not a problem. Now, I want to setup a local intranet. I want to setup Win2K server as DNS server. How am I going to that? Do I need any adition software or Win 2K server CD has it all? Thanks

Simple
What you want to do is simple. Install DNS as an Active Directory Integrated DNS (This is so that most of it is done for you). Once you have DNS installed, what you do it configure your server to take care of all internal requests and if it can't handle a request, it will forward the request to the external DNS servers given to you by your ISP. Email me at jwhitlock@starprecision.com and I'll walk you through it. Jeremy
