Anyone. If your Windows network doesn't allow open guest access then you are fine. You can even drop (don't log) those packets. But better yet, you can always disable incoming packets of that port on your external NIC.

Next time you post a question:
1) take your time and pick the correct forum (here is DNS forum, your question is way off topic here)

2) limit your subject title to 30 to 50 chars (including whitespaces)
