Reverse DNS PTR HELP!!!!!
I have a website with registration, some emails dont go to users because the mail server doesn't have a PTR ...
I know only basics about DNS and i have trying to set up a reverse zone for the domain but failed big time, I have BIND9
please can someone tell me a step by step what to do to make mail.domain.com has a reverse ptr record??
Any help is greatly apprectiated!

It's unlikely you are authoritative for your IP's reverse zone. The best people to contact would be your ISP or hosting company and request them set up a PTR or (unlikely they'll agree to this) ask if they can delegate management to you.
You can do an ARIN WHOIS lookup on your IP to see who is currently authoritative for it. Just search in the upper right your mail servers IP at the link below.

I have a dedicated server and I manage it, I have the DNS server setup (Bind9)
still can't do nothing and should contact ISP ?

You need to contact whoever owns the IP address you use. They are authoritative for it in setting up PTR records.

And how do I configure in my webmin the rdns for the range of IPs.
For example :
my rdns server : dns.xxx.com
my ips : 220.127.116.11-30
Hope can have step by step as i am really noob in configuration of dns.
