What would do better, website with www. or without it?

It makes no difference as long as you only use one or the other.

It's better to have it with either.
So if you go to devshed.com, that should work, and if you go to www.devshed.com, that should also work.

No, you want to choose one or the other. Google and other search engines will penalize you if you use both. Choose one, and then use a 301 redirect to point the other back to the first one.

www and non www are two different forms of URLs and websites as recognized by search engines like Google. There is always a risk of duplicate content issue arising because of the same content served on both the URLs. You can find more information here:

By default both are enabled from your server, so you need to use only one , else it might be risky for a website, where as search engines recognize duplicate content with same url.
