Delphi components for FireBird installation?
Delphi ships wit some set IBExpress and Administration components, among them TIBInstall - used ofr IB 6.0 installation - can I use it for FireBird installation (precisley 1.5.0-1.5.2, I am not thinking about 2.0 yet) assuming that respective FireBird file names are the same as for Interbase 6.0. Are some new file added or renamed in FireBird which can make such an solution impossible?
Maybe there exists some opensource component similar to TIBInstall? |

Why do you need that? I think it's much better if you use official Firebird InnoSetup script and modify it to meet your needs...
