Firebird compatible Report generator for linux

Hi all,


do you know any report generator that works under linux?

The best report generator engine is Fastreport Server but it has no linux support yet.

I need to create reports from my web applications (php+firebird).

Currently i managed to keep a windows box near the webserver, and when a php application needs a report, then the server sends the command + data to the fastreport server on the windows box, that creates the report in PDF and sends it back to server and then to the client.

I'd like to simplify and fasten this process...if you can offer a good alternative.
