Firebird Syntax Case Sensitive
i have this syntax :
"select count(data) from table where data='Test'" and execute on scalar it will return 0 but i have data='test' is there any setting about this case sensitive? on sql i don't have this problem thx |

It depends on the collation used (this means that you can have case sensitive search on SQLServer too, just the default collation is ..._ci case insensitive), not on the database server.
If you want case insensitive search in Firebird you can turn everything to upper/lower case, do a search on this forum, subject has been discussed many times.
