I wanna firebird database connect another username and password.

I'm using 'SYSDBA', 'masterkey'.

How can I change this?

Use IBSQL to change the password (GUI client) and other operations (queries etc).

Use standard command line utility GSEC. While many 3rd party tools offer this functionality in GUI environment, GSEC comes with each installation, so you will not have problems when visiting different customers, each with different preferred tool.
