How manage users?

Hi to all,
Now I'm studing how to manage the users in FB by delphi.
What I wanna do is to permit the users to:
- modify his own password;
- set the password's expiration date

I'm tring to use the usercontrol componets (from sourceforge) but I have some installation problems with INDY and I cann't use it.

Someone of you can help me?
