IBExpert & Firebird 2.5

I m using Firebird Server 2.5 and IBExpert for management.

I have an sql batch code, i m trying to execute it in the sql editor. However, it returns errors.

SET SQL DIALECT 3;

SET NAMES UTF8;
.
.
.
Invalid token.
Dynamic SQL Error.
SQL error code = -104.
Token unknown - line 2, column 5.
SQL.

Could you please help me?

Are you sure you can use that syntax in the SQL editor?
Have you tried running it in the script executive?
