Adding an animation on 'over' state of a button

Hi, I am pretty much new to flash. I know how to do simple things, but i was wondering how to make it possible to have the over state of a button animated. You have add a new animation to the over state obviously, and i was wondering if someone could explain how to do that.

just place a movie clip in the over state of the button
