Angry Another Question

I am Designing a flash site for a customer. I prefer to use Pixel Fonts, such as MINI, MINI7, FFF Harmony, etc. Even with Pixel Fonts, my final publication shows the font not AS crisp as it does in the stage. Anyone know why? I now use photoshop to create it and then import the text as a GIF, but that is a PAIN!

Also is there a way to make nice crisp font if I wanted to increase the font size?

Thanks in advance!
