"Cannot find remote folder info" REALLY need help on this!

I'm not really a pro at dreamweaver and I'm rather young, so I don't know the exact terms but...I used Dreamweaver to get my site up and it connected fine. Until it started saying that it couldn't connect me because it couldn't Find the "remote server time" (whatever that is) Deleting my local, remote, and testing server info, then re-typing it used to work to connect to the host, but now nothing will work, and it seems to be because of my remote server folder. And this is really a problem for me because if I can't connect, I can't update, and I can't put up banners back to button exchanges, fan listings etc. I've joined.

Perhaps this is because I don't have anything put in for "host directory" but when I test it, it works, so how come it won't connect when I'm not editing my site?? I'd really appreciate some advice.
