After clicking on 'English', I realized my Pop-Up Stopper had prevented the site from launching. I pressed CTRL to disable Pop-Up Stopper and a window popped up. Then I waited 10 seconds and nothing happened. Usually when a site takes more than a five seconds to render the screen, I click away, which is what I did in this case. One suggestion is to eliminate the popup window; like Flash intro movies, the use of popup windows seems dated. Don't know what's going on with the site itself -- it didn't work for me.

I couldn't get it to work either I'm afraid. It stopped loading at 1.3 kB several times.

Well it worked fine for me, but then again, maybe its fixed by now...

Maybe you could use a bigger font, just a little bit.

I can see it now. Some comments:

Making the type larger and removing anti-aliasing would make things more readable. The color selection is similar to that of 2advanced, but the design isn't. It would be easy to change if you got sick of the red; just switch to green, or blue

Overall the layout is pretty clean but it could use another color to highlight things and keep it interesting. I would also avoid certain angles when displaying straight edges; Flash tends to antialias jaggies into angles of 20 degrees or less. Ultimately, framing objects with angled shapes can waste space.

The spinning logo and running clock are unnecessary. Most people have clocks visible on their computers. Plus a constantly running onEnterFrame (the clock) is a waste of resources. I also had to subtract twelve to derive non-military time from the clock.

The spinning logo would be cooler if it remained still until your mouse went near it. People may become distracted if it's spinning all the time.

Altogether not bad, but it could use some brighter colors to bring it out a little more.

very nice! i like the moving cube its nice too
OK now the other direction =)

I hate the blinking rollovers they should be smooth and and artistic.

I hate the logo I am a logo guy and I think it looks too plainjane (re-think your logo image)

I think your splash page needs a background something simple. It is also off center need to center it up better.

the outer "folder style border" must go . . .
It looks jagged on those angles.

I have a graphical tech like border if you want it I think it would rock with your sweet content layout! let me know if you want to see it.

also I think that sweet looking content needs to be brought in a section at a time with a small snimation like fade in with a white flash each time a section comes in but make it all run fast.

Sorry if I am too aggressive but i think you are talented but need to get up to speed with the competition.
