dividing a flash movie

Hi.

I've got a flash movie which is "too big" and takes too much time loading on slow connections, and I would like to truncate it in various movies (I prefer that rather than creating preloaders for every scene), but I just can't figure how to do that.

Is there any way to truncate a flash movie, scene by scene, in various movies?
