Dreamweaver beginner + centering things
Hello, I'm breaking my head in doing this.
I have an html page with 2 frames, one at the top and the other behind. So, the frame behind needs to be scrolled sometimes, and when that happens, it moves a little to the left becoause of the scroll's width!!!! what should I do????? I want it all centered equally.
