Exporting Flash as Transprent GIF

Hi, I am having trouble exposting my flash into a transprent gif.

I went though the publish settings and made sure that the transpraency it set.

But not matter what I do, it always uses the Document background color. I tested this by changing the document bg color a few times, and it always shows it.

Any ideas how to do this?
