Flash as a link
Sorry to ask such a beginner's question.
I need to make the entire flash movie a link. The movie itself is an advertisement that consists of a scrolling gif that takes up the whole flash window. I could either make the movie a link or the graphic itself. I'm not at all familiar with action script. Thanks a bunch!

Do you mean you have a flash movie advertisement that you want someone to be able to click on to go to a link? If so, you can make an invisible button over the whole movie (button with hit state and nothing in other states) and script it with "on release" and "getURL". Is that what you had in mind? And I'm a beginner too, so someone else can most likely answer better
