Flash Drop-down Menu

Hey there people,

I'm trying to make a webpage with a drop-down navigation menu. The menu will run horizontally across the screen and then the sub-menus for each of those main menu items will appear in a vertical drop down menu when the mouse hovers over the main menu option. When the mouse hovers over an option, whether it be a main or sub option, the text should change to a different, specified, color.

If anyone knows of any good tutorials that show how to do this or have some Flash code that already does that, which you wouldn't mind sharing with me, that'd be great.

If possible, I'd like to make the drop-down menus fade-in as well, but that's just icing on the cake.
