Flash jumping when published

Hi all.

I have created some text in flash that fades in and out using motion tweens.

Everything works fine until I test and publish the file, and the the fade affect is not present.

The movie appears to jump to the keyframes.

This ocurs no matter what format I publish it in. e.g. executable, flashmovie or html.

I know this isnt my flashplayer because I have others that I created which are functioning perfectly.

Can anyone help...
