Flash loading screen

I have a frames web site and I was hoping to create a homepage (index.html) that will have a flash loading screen which will preload the frameset and frame pages (index2.html) and when done loading say "Loading complete, please enter" or something like that. Is this possible and if so, what is the best way to go about doing this?

I know a nice html script that preloads a site before it is shown. You just see a square with the text "loading" and when the page is loaded it automatically loads the site. This script can be found at http://www.javascriptsource.com.

I guess it's possible to put a flash movie in the script, instead of the text "loading", but I have no idea how to let the flash movie show how many % of the page is loaded... maybe you could use some variables or so...
