Dreamweaver - Flash novice needs help locating easy to use flash program

Hi,

I am a novice with regards to posting flash on a webpage and need a program/assistance with posting three pictures with a caption box to the right, scrolling.

An example of what I would like the look and feel to be is at harvard business review website. HBR dot and org.
(Left middle of the page).

Does anyone know of a program (free preferably) that could assist me?
