Flash Projector to Run on Both Mac and PC

I'm producing a Flash CD which is to be readable by both CD users and Macintosh users. The flash manual says that you can create a Macintosh projector using the Windows version of Flash, but must also use a file translator such as BinHex to make the resulting file appear as an application file in the Macintosh Finder.

The Windows version of Flash names a Macintosh projector file with the .hqx extension."

What is the BinHex transalator and when can i get it.. I am a newbie....
