Flash Text/JAvaScript error - Lease Help!

Hello,

I'm using Dreamweaver UltraDev version 4 on a PC (Windows XP).

I'm trying to update a friend's site that I created a few years ago. For the navigation, I had created some Flash Text buttons, and they worked great. This was on another machine, running Windows 98.

Now, I can't get the flash text to work at all -- in this site or others. When I click on flash text, the dialog box comes up, but then the fields disappear -- only the Ok, Apply, Cancel, etc buttons on the right are still visible. When I hit Cancel, I get an error message:

While executing objectTag in Flash Text, a JavaScript error occured.

When I cancel, the whole program freezes up and I have to Ctrl Alt Del to get out of it.

Any ideas or sugestion? Please post here of email me directly at info@sotherebooks.com

Thanks! I appreciate it.

Andy

Hi, I get the same error message when I use many things, It always says "java script error" and "While executing ObjectTag" Even when the object is downloaded, it still pops up. If anyone emails you, could you please foward it to me. My Adress is: Fishfromsweden27@aim.com

I have 899 emails of spam at the moment, so could you please send it as "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" I know that sounds funny but it works. Or if you have aim you can IM me.

Thanks.
