yes hello, i'm a beginner in creating a website, on my website i want to make a form, that asks a question, and users can answer one question by clicking the radio button next to the answer. and then i want them to press submit button at the bottom of it and have the results sent to my email address, how would i do that?

i need help with making polls also.

The form would use variables and conditions. You would also need a backend script like asp or php to send the results to your email address. You'd have to contact your hosting provider and see which type your website supports. Below I made a form and asp file capable of delivering the answer to an email address.
