FSCommand Problem

I have finished the basic navigation of my site and included the fscommand("fullscreen", "true"); on its own layer named action
however when I try to access the SWF to play in the projector
fullscreen it still opens in a browser window, can anybody please
give me and idea on what I did wrong?, and maybe a solution.
