Help??

I am trying to display mt movie in a .exe file but when i have the movie go fullscreen it does just that... it makes the whole thing full screen. Is there a way I can make the screen full screen but have a border or some thing like likt that to keep my main movie the size i designed it for? HELP PLEASE!!!!
